Jefferson Avenue Pedestrian Refuge Test Findings
Summaries of the 2010 pedestrian refuge test at Cleveland and Jefferson Avenues are now available! Please click on “attachments” below to download the following documents:
1. The City of Saint Paul’s Public Works Department’s summary of comments received and traffic counts on streets surrounding the pedestrian refuge before, during, and after the test period.
2. A longer study prepared by Transit for Livable Communities on the pedestrian refuge test including the impact on traffic speeds, traffic volumes, public feedback, and a recommendation for installation.
